You have 30 calendar days from the date your package is delivered to initiate a return or exchange request.
2. Return Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a full refund:
- The item must be in its original, pristine condition: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached.
- The product must be returned inside its original protective dust bag and packaging box.
- Leather products must show no signs of scuffing, stretching, or liquid damage.
3. Step-by-Step Return Process
- Request Authorization: Send an email to xiaod_xixiang@163.com containing your Order Number, contact name, and reason for return.
- Receive Instructions: Our support team will confirm your return and provide the nearest regional return address along with packaging guidelines within 24 hours.
- Ship the Package: Package the bag securely using the original protective materials and retain your tracking receipt.
4. Refunds & Processing Times
Once your returned item arrives at our inspection atelier, our quality control team will inspect the item within 2 business days. Upon approval, your refund will automatically be credited back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or exhibits a manufacturing flaw, please contact us immediately at xiaod_xixiang@163.com with photographs. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full reimbursement at no expense to you.
