We offer complimentary tracked delivery across Europe, North America, and worldwide. Standard European delivery takes 3–5 business days, while international transit typically takes 5–8 business days.
What materials are CETRTILLY bags crafted from?
All CETRTILLY bags are constructed from premium full-grain pebble and aniline leather. We leave our interiors unlined to highlight the authentic, raw elegance of genuine leather and reduce bulk. Hardware is custom-crafted from solid brass with silver plate or natural finishes.
Are the products completely unbranded?
Yes. CETRTILLY embraces an unbranded philosophy. Our bags carry no external brand stamps or logos, allowing the sculptural silhouette and superior leather grain to speak for themselves.
What is your return & refund policy?

How should I care for my leather bag?
Store your bag in the provided dust bag when not in use. Wipe gently with a dry, soft microfiber cloth to remove dust. We recommend applying a high-grade neutral leather conditioner once every six months to preserve the supple grain.
